Request for Demands & Condominium Questionnaire Information

In order to process a Request for Demand for an escrow or refinance, payment for Up-Front Fees are required in advance.

Fee Schedule

Lender Certification- $300.00

Refinance Demand- $300.00

Governing Document Package- $590.00

24-hour Rush- $200 The 24-Hour Rush does not include weekends and holidays.

3-Day Rush- $100 The 3-Day Rush does not include weekends and holidays.

Transfer Fee - $550.00

Processing

Processing will not be started until the order has been paid for. The law requires that we respond to all requests within 10 business days, however, we will make every effort to complete your request as quickly as possible. As outlined in the fee schedule, rush options are available for an additional fee. Requests received after 2:00 p.m. will be stamped as received the next business day.

Send Requests To

Demand requests with a check for the total amount are to be sent to Harris Real Estate Services, at 4900 Hopyard Rd., Suite 100, Pleasanton, CA 94588.

Escrow checks, money orders, or cashier checks are the only acceptable payment methods. No personal checks or cash will be accepted. Make checks payable to Harris Real Estate Services.

Insurance

Insurance information must be obtained directly from the Association’s Insurance Agent. Management does not provide copies of insurance policies or binders. Agents name, address and phone number are provided in the Demand.
